CrossFit Instinct Endurance Program
Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 10:42AM The mission of CrossFit Endurance at CrossFit Instinct is to create a community of Endurance hungry athletes that are driven to meet their fitness goals. Running, biking, rowing, and swimming are some of the vehicles used to help members meet their overall goals as well as specific goals. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete training for multi sport competition or just a regular person wanting to learn more about endurance sport. Our goal is to help everyone with their specific goals and do so in a fun atmosphere.
As CrossFit has changed the physical fitness industry, CrossFit Endurance is doing the same for the endurance community. CrossFit Endurance is on the cutting edge of “how to” as it relates to training for your specific sport.
CFE is designed to improve your technique and help you become a more biomechanically efficient athlete. Not only will this program get you ready for your race, but our methods will also help minimize the impact conventional distance training can have on the human body.
Our workouts are designed to be supplemented with strength and conditioning workouts, bringing about the following benefits:
- Increased cardiovascular function
- Decreased body fat
- Increased muscle mass
- Increased strength
- Increased power
- Increased speed
- Increased anaerobic capacity
Currently, CrossFit Instinct offers CFE classes at 4:45pm on Tuesday evening, and Thursday mornings at 5:30am (if we are meeting off site) and 6am (when we meet at CrossFit Instinct).
