<p><span>As CrossFit&nbsp;has changed the physical fitness industry, CrossFit Endurance is doing the same for the endurance community. <a href="http://www.crossfitendurance.com/"><span>CrossFit Endurance</span></a> is on the cutting edge of &ldquo;how to&rdquo; as it relates to training for your specific sport.</span></p>

<p><span>CFE is designed to improve your technique and help you become a more biomechanically efficient athlete.&nbsp;Not only will this program get you ready for your race, but our methods will also help minimize the impact conventional distance training can have on the human body.</span></p>

<p><span>Our workouts are designed to be supplemented with strength and conditioning workouts, bringing about the following benefits:</span></p>

<p><span>Currently, CrossFit Instinct offers CFE classes at 4:45pm on Tuesday evening, and Thursday mornings at 5:30am (if we are meeting off site) and 6am (when we meet at CrossFit Instinct). &nbsp;</span></p>
