Molly's interest for CrossFit was piqued by the seemingly ittle cardio, more lifting and shorter workouts involved with CrossFit. She decided to experiment and do CrossFit.com as her sole workout program. The results gained in such a short amount of time proved this was something worth investing in. It has changed her life for the better; a fitter body and a healthier, stronger mind. Molly's true passion is being able to help others, with health and fitness being the avenue. She works well with every one and takes pride in her clients.
Molly started as a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor at 17 years of age and continued working in a gym and found her way into the CrossFit community. She has a background in basketball, rugby, and weightlifting. Molly has her BA in Business with a concentration in Sports Management along with a minor in Exercise Science. She works full time at CrossFit Instinct and helps out her mother at Gold's Gym as the Director of Group Fitness and Wellness. She also writes a weekly article for BeHealthySpringfield.com, a part of the State Journal Register.

Matt’s passion for CrossFit started after his first experience being exposed to the program by a friend. Like most new to CrossFit, his first experiences were very humbling and quite motivating. Through daily experiences with CrossFit programming, Matt pushes himself as hard as he pushes his clients, seeking elite fitness right alongside them. His passion for both teaching and participating in athletics provides a motivating and effective training environment, and he will stop at nothing to make sure everyone gets more results than they thought possible.
He has three years of experience training one on one, three years experience group classes and one year as the Lincoln Land Community College Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is starting his second year/season as an Assistant Coach for the Lincoln Land Community College Men’s Basketball Team and Strength and Conditioning Coach/Player Development Coach. He also has experience running children’s sport specific camps and children’s group classes.
When he is not in the gym, he teaches English at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield.
