Get started

Saturday morning we offer a FREE On-Ramp (beginner) class at 8:00am. Come try it out and see what we are about!

All new clients are required to go through a two week On-Ramp beginner program. It is important to have proper technique and gradually increase the intensity to safely get started in CrossFit. CrossFit is very complex and diverse. We will start with the basics and work with you until you are ready to get into the CrossFit group training sessions.
