170 back squat., not PR. Could've squeezed out more, but wanted to preserve some energy for deadlift
70 push press PR! Yay! Finally made it past the 60's!
175 deadlift (20 below PR, dang it!)

cash out: 20 burpee overs (over approx 15" box) 1:55 min.
